These Club Guidelines set out the standards of behaviour expected of every CHEETAY member across all CHEETAY spaces, including Discord, live sessions, and any other club channel. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.
These Guidelines apply to every member and to all conduct within CHEETAY spaces, including the Discord server, live sessions, and any other channel operated by CHEETAY. They form part of our Terms & Conditions, and breach of them is a breach of those Terms.
As a member, you are expected to:

CHEETAY is a space for learning and support, not open solicitation. You must not pitch, sell, or promote your own or any third party’s business, products, services, or paid opportunities to other members directly or in open club spaces.
Any business enquiry, proposal, or collaboration must be raised with management first, so that management is aware of it before any approach is made to a member. This keeps the club free of unwanted solicitation and protects every member.
Contributions made within the club are shared in confidence. You must not screenshot, republish, or otherwise disclose other members’ contributions, personal information, or session content outside CHEETAY without the relevant member’s consent.
We operate a two-warning policy: you may receive up to two warnings for conduct in breach of these Guidelines. A third breach will result in termination of your membership without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member immediately, without prior warning, in the case of serious misconduct, including unlawful conduct or conduct that threatens the safety of the club.
If you experience or witness a breach of these Guidelines, please report it to a club manager on Discord or by email to shayaan@cheetayhq.com. Reports are handled discreetly.
We may amend these Guidelines from time to time. Where we do, we will update this page and the effective date shown above, and, where a change is material, notify members before it takes effect.
